SIMPACK Academy
The SIMPACK Academy was founded in order to refresh and enhance theoretical understanding of multi-body simulation.
A strong understanding of the theoretical background of simulation engineering is often necessary to resolve problems that arise.
The required theory will be covered by a series of courses at the SIMPACK Academy. The lecture series touches on different aspects of multi-body simulation and convenes approximately 4 times a year.
SIMPACK Academies are not SIMPACK user training courses, but rather educational courses focusing on theory.

Fundamentals of Multi-Body System Dynamics
This 2-day event (30-31 October 2013) is all about Multi-Body Dynamics, one of the most prominent subjects of mechanical, mechatronics and biomechanical engineering. A brief knowledge of kinematics and dynamics is essential for the efficient usage of multi-body programs like SIMPACK. This course provides a detailed overview of the kinematics and dynamics of rigid bodies in multi-body systems (MBS).
